Steven has been engaged on a number of occasions during the period 2010 to 2014. The engagement was consultation and coaching regarding the development of retail businesses and franchising in the personal care and cosmetics sector. The commission required advisory regarding the retail landscape (with an emphasis on shopping centres) in both the UK and Europe and regarding a number of strategies that were under consideration for adopted to enter these markets. Business coaching was also commissioned to develop strategies for the development and optimisation of our manufacturing processes, marketing and PR.
