For the last 11 years Colin has been responsible for delivering key business improvement projects for clients which to date have provided over £10M tangible benefits across Private, Public and Charity sectors focusing on areas such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Software, Waste Recycling, Hotel infrastructure, Service, HR, Railways, Airports & Healthcare.

Colin also represents Scottish Enterprise Manufacturing Advisory Service, responsible for assisting local Scottish companies manage and deliver improvement projects which range from delivering Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt training, coaching and support in leading Lean transformations across organisations.

Colin’s career started in Engineering with 12 years’ experience in Blue chip Corporations such as IBM, Compaq/HP and General Electric culminating in Programme Management & Process Improvement specialist roles for Engineering teams within large-scale corporate projects redesigning & implementing Supply Chain improvements delivering cost savings of $800 Million.

Colin is an Experienced Leader of teams and is well practiced in Process Improvement methodologies being a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt improvement specialist since 2001 and has over 10 year’s experience in Facilitation and Project Management of which he is a registered and certified Prince 2 & Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) practitioner. Colin is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
