Specialist expertise in:- Developing self-care at work (as part of workplace health and wellbeing, and resilience at work - based on 6 year Phd study); designing and implementation of culture and values-based programmes; dealing with deep rooted behavioural issues at work; enabling sustainable peer, team and organisational working relationships for effective and focused task delivery, dealing with team conflict, in addition to 1:1 and team coaching. Currently freelances, and also works part time in an NHS organisation as the Staff Engagement Manager, and as a Senior Lecturer at HSMC, University of Birmingham.
