SRCG is a retail consultancy which works with some of the biggest companies in FMCG. Its purpose is to grow knowledge and expertise in category management and facilitate engagement between suppliers and retailers. In 2006 SRCG had a contract to train BP retail buying and store management across all their major markets worldwide. This program was designed to develop knowledge and skills in running collaborative projects with major suppliers, from category strategy right through to in-store execution. Peter supported the translation of all training materials in German and then went on to deliver 12 two-day programs throughout Germany, receiving excellent feedback.
