Kristopher started consulting in 2014 with a view to supporting small to medium sized businesses (SME's) throughout the North West and UK to establish strategic advantage and maximise profitability, in an affordable way. In todays hectic business world it can be difficult to find the way forward when establishing a business, or in trying to maximise profits of an established business.

Kristopher specialises in Service Improvement, Strategy, Leadership Development and improving Competitive Advantage. After recently completing an MBA with The University of Liverpool and over 10 years of senior industry experience in Leisure, Hospitality and Retail, Kristopher has a modern, fresh outlook on the world of business and is keen to help improve profitability and performance.

Based in Chester in North West England, we can meet up for bespoke consultation in and around the North West and North Wales, or alternatively we can help to review your business plan and strategy across the UK. To make this happen in a cost effective way, we can use email, cloud based solutions, conference calling, or Skype to discuss your current business situation and how we can help. This makes us cost effective, to ensure we deliver maximum returns for our clients.

Kristopher is also willing to travel and can discuss this based upon your needs and location.

Kristopher's recommendations

Thank you Kris for sharing your expertise in the fitness industry and business management. Creating a business plan for success and avoiding beginner’s mistakes is priceless advice you have shared with me. I highly recommend contacting Kris!

Daniel Palmer

I initially met with Kris to get help with marketing strategies as we were expanding our personal training business and were looking to open our first venue. After our initial meeting I realised how much knowledge and experience Kris had, not only with marketing but being able to creating a rock solid business plan, the key to growth within any business. Kris's professional but relaxed manner made every step easy for us with the added knowledge that we could pick his brains for ideas at any point. Kris not only helped us build a business plan that allowed us to get the funding we needed for start up but has also given us continuous guidance over our first year in business and given us the confidence to build our business and win awards for what we do. Id have already personally thanked Kris for his help and would highly recommend Kris for any business that needs help to start up or to initiate the next level of growth.
