2) preparing documentation to assist organisations with applications for commercial loans and grants and / or to attract other investors, including:
• financial modelling for cash flow projections for construction projects and trading

3) project management support to applicants putting together complex bids for capital and revenue funding, including specifying research requirements and sourcing consultants
4) high level human resources support, particularly for restructuring and recruitment
5) leadership, governance and sustainability of third sector organisations
6) troubleshooting and crisis management of situations threatening organisations.

Can support organisations with grant applications for Big Lottery, Heritage Lottery Fund, ERDF and other funders.
