Management consultancy

Leading on from a share capital acquisition, I was commissioned to undertake an operational review of the business and reorganise the company organogram through employee engagement and consultation. The company wanted to streamline operations without affecting productivity and/or output. The process adopted an approach that required an outlook that would get 'buy in' from all the management and staff to ensure that the model would be sustainable as part of the five year plan.
