Enhancing capability and performance improvement in the public sector

Lead consultant facilitating personal and leadership development within a Metropolitan Borough Council. Through structured coaching programmes enabling management to effectively negotiate change, drive performance improvement and enhance leadership capability within the public sector.  Actively developing individual capability to enhance internal working relationships and promote performance improvement.

Working with Directors and Senior Management teams (Adult and Children’s services, Community Safety, Urban Environment and Corporate Training) to facilitate strategic focus, develop effective leadership and enhance collaborative working practices, through the delivery of workshops and executive coaching.
