JOB EVALUATION / PAY RESEARCH / PERFORMANCE FOR CONSUMER ELECTRONICS COMPANY

A leading international provider of In-Car Entertainment and Navigation systems required a structured approach to pay and reward for its European Operation. In association with Weightmans we provided the support necessary to develop a participative Job Evaluation system and chaired the panels required for its introduction. We then undertook pay research and developed a cost effective graded pay structure. We also gave support in the development of an enhanced performance appraisal system.
