ADVISER TO FINANCIAL SERVICES ORGANISATION ON BOARD LEVEL REMUNERATION

This project undertaken in early 2012 involved interviewing all Directors and researching their functions and duties. We then undertook market pay surveys and comparisons and - taking account of the existing structure and levels within it, negotiated a route to achieving a fairer and more sustainable senior reward structure. It was agreed that this was more competitive, geared to motivation and recognised individual contribution in a more acceptable way than previously.
The project was extended to include other senior employees.
