Dissertation Project

The project was to find the characteristics of the typical customer of the company.

They have a problem that they do not know who was buying their products.

After finding the characteristics, lifestyle, attitudes and motivators, the knowledge will be used to develop a CRM strategy.

The CRM startegy was divided to Acquire new customers, Build a relationship with them and Maintain the customers to assure their profitability.
